Clayton Munnings is a climate economist whose research focuses on design evaluations and performance assessments of carbon offsets, carbon prices, and clean electricity standards with a geographic emphasis on the United States and China. Clayton is completing his Ph.D. at UC Berkeley (expected completion in 2025). Clayton holds an M.S. in Energy and Resources from UC Berkeley (2020), a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Environmental Science from Cornell University, (2011), and an A.S. Biology from Monroe Community College (2008).
